1. Warranty & Returns
Return Period: We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition.
Product Warranty: All seat covers come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Warranty Exclusions:
Commercial Use: Due to the high volume of passenger turnover, the 6-month warranty does not apply to vehicles used for taxi, ride-share (Uber/Ola), or commercial transport services.
Accidental Damage: Warranty does not cover rips, tears, or damage caused by the driver, passengers, or general wear and tear after installation.
Post-Use: Once a product has been used by the customer, it is no longer eligible for replacement or exchange.
2. Hygiene & Exchanges
Hygiene Policy: For health and safety reasons, we cannot exchange or return seat covers once they have been installed in a vehicle. Please ensure you are happy with the product before the installation process begins.
3. Installation Services
We take pride in a professional fit. Please allow the following estimated times for our team to complete your installation:
Custom-Fit Seat Covers: 2 to 3 hours.
Universal Seat Covers: Approximately 40 minutes.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Courier Fees: Please note that all courier and shipping charges are extra and must be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a Return.
